VAT and Custom Duties
You might be subject to local VAT and customs duties on delivery. These costs vary depending on the destination country and are something you need to cover yourself.
Warranty
Please note that for monitor kits, we cannot provide a warranty as components may get damaged during assembly.
Assembled monitors come with a 12-month warranty.
Shipment
We currently ship approximately 1-3 weeks after receipt of payments. Delivery takes 2-3 weeks to most destinations (North America, Europe, Australia).
Tracking
After shipment, you will get the tracking number by email.
